A method using the alphabet and a color-coded keyboard to teach keyboarding with correct fingering. Both the keyboard and student's fingers are color-coded with dots to easily teach the correct fingering.
As a Special Education teacher for many years, I have watched my students gain proficiency on the computer. They access the internet and learn to use the mouse with great accuracy, yet keyboarding is a challenge. This program, developed by my mother Ruth in the 1970's, is the easiest and most effective method I have found for teaching correct keyboard fingering. It also reinforces the alphabet, and enhances early writing skills. Adults who do not type will also be successful very quickly. Color code your keyboard and have coordinating dots available, and you are ready to begin ALPHABETYPING.
